O LEGO tree, O LEGO tree...

If all your kids want for Christmas is more LEGO pieces to add to their never big enough collection, they'll be thrilled to discover that you can even cover the Christmas tree with those beloved bricks in the form of LEGO ornaments. Here are three great shops to start to help them on their quest for LEGO domination of the world! Or okay, maybe just Christmas tree domination.   If your LEGO fanatics like the building part of LEGO most of all, they'll be thrilled to receive one of LEGO building master Chris McVeigh's LEGO ornament kits. I absolutely love the modern designs and cool color combinations, and several of my favorite picks are even on sale. Found at his Powerpig online shop which we've featured before, each kit includes a custom ornament with building instructions on his site, to ensure you never have to worry about misplacing the instructions.     If you're looking for a fun stocking stuffer instead of an ornament, don't miss his other incredible kits, from his retro television and build your own LEGO computer mini kits to this awesome Brick Sketch Kit portrait of Santa himself. (Please note that all kits are being delivered by Canada Post's Tracked Packet service so that they'll arrive in time for the big day--but hurry!)   We have loved Ornaments 4 Charity for years, not only because their LEGO holiday ornaments are so creative, but also because 100% of the proceeds benefit children living in homeless and domestic violence shelters. Just visit LEGO's Building Instructions and search for holiday keywords like Santa, Christmas tree, or snowman, and check out the instructions provided. Older kids can even tweak the plans to create their own unique builds, like a Christmas tree with multicolored lights or an entire snowman family. A snowfamily?
