Go nuts for the new Yes to Coconut skincare collection

It's safe to say that I'm a Yes to Carrots junkie, so I was excited to try the brand new tropical-inspired Yes to Coconut skin care line from this CMP favorite. It's right on time with the recent buzz about the super-powers of coconut oil and coconut water from wellness gurus, and, well, everyone who wants to smell like suntan lotion. Like all Yes to Carrots products, Yes to Coconut has loads of healthy ingredients at a totally reasonable price point (nary a product is over $20). But know that all of that coconut oil and water means the coconut scent is very strong so you'd better be a fan. I'm typically fragrance-adverse, which is why I love the Yes to Carrots Fragrance Free skincare collection, but for some reason, the smell of coconuts in these products doesn't bother me. Maybe because it reminds me of our last vacation to Mexico. The Face & Hand Cleansing Wipes use coconut water and kukui nut extract, both of which moisturize and soften the skin, to help cleanse away makeup and dirt. I've been using them in the morning to wipe away any residue before putting on my moisturizer. My skin is on the drier side, so these really work for me. I'm particularly impressed with the Yes to Coconut Ultra Light Spray Body Lotion. The cool spray bottle makes the jojoba and virgin coconut oil formulation come out like a mist, which I love, and the oil-based formula really hydrates in a lasting way. Plus it smells like summer. Another stellar product from the new line is the Yes to Coconut Cooling Lip Oil. I've got more lip balms in my beauty stash than our neighborhood drugstore, but a lip oil is a first for me. It goes on like a gloss, giving lips a pretty sheen, but it moisturizes like a balm. The ingredients are super clean, too: olive, avocado and eucalyptus oils - and of course coconut oil. Nice to have Yes to Coconut products to help summer stick around a little longer, even when its gone.
